At the annual Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville on Friday, February 21, Eric Church and Luke Combs will be co-recipients of the CRS 2025 Artist Humanitarian Award. The country superstars will be honored for all of the benevolent work they did for hurricane relief in the Carolinas in 2024. The two North Carolina natives raised over $24 million in under a month to assist the victims of Hurricane Helene, highlighted by their Concert For Carolina benefit show on October 26, 2024 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, which was attended by 82,000 fans. Church has also pledged all publishing royalties from his recent single, “Darkest Hour,” to benefit the people of North Carolina into the future. Combs and Church join the distinguished list of past CRS Artist Humanitarian Award honorees like Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, and Carrie Underwood. (All Country News)
