Today is the day.  The Jackson’s Country Stomp is finally here!  Seems like we’ve been talking about it forever, and before you know it we’ll be working on “Episode 4!”  It’s kinda like when you stock up on canned foods that don’t expire for 2 years, but when you go to use one…you see it expired 2 years ago!  My older friends and relatives always said, “the older you get, the faster time goes.”  I think time still goes at the same pace.  We just seem to find more ways of burning it up.  For example, with 3 year old twins, you still have 24 hours in a day.  But once the sun sets and they’re FINALLY asleep, you see how many things didn’t get done that will be waiting for you tomorrow.  Suddenly a week goes by, then two, then a month, and you still haven’t fixed the gate on the dog pen, or pulled weeds in the garden, or fixed the steps by the patio where the whistle pugs dug a burrow and collapsed the retaining wall!  Those little ^&*%^@^&!!!  And soon it’ll be winter….with a whole new list of INSIDE projects that won’t get done!
