Latah County Magistrate Judge Megan Marshall signed a non dissemination order in the case against the Moscow murder suspect.

This means any communication to the public or media by investigators, law enforcement, attorneys, and agents of the prosecuting attorney or defense attorney, is prohibited.

Previously, investigators said the probable cause affidavit for Bryan Kohberger would be unsealed when he’d appear in Idaho court.

Now, this gag order is calling in to question whether that affidavit will still be unsealed.

Khoberger appeared in the Monroe County Courthouse in Pennsylvania, where he waived his extradition rights.

Investigators said that Khoberger has to be transported to Idaho within ten days.
