On Saturday, the Adams County Sheriff received a report of two people shot in the office of a motel in New Meadows.
Authorities responded and found two people dead in the office of the Hartland Inn off Highway 95.
According the authorities, a suspect was later apprehended in Washington County.
CBS 2 reports the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released at a later time according to the Adam County Sheriffs office.
