A Boise man has been taken into custody following a shooting early Tuesday.

Boise Police says there was a shooting report on the 11000 block of W. Edna Street just after midnight.

Later, officers learned that a man with a gunshot wound was found near Tylerson and Ustick.

According to police, the suspect, Jacob Mosman, and the victim got into an argument, which led to the shots being fired.

CBS 2 News reports, Mosman has been charged with aggravated assault, using a deadly weapon in the commission of a crime and evidence destruction. The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
