Mayor Bieter to hold public forum on homelessness

Mayor Dave Bieter has announced he will be holding a public forum on homelessness ahead of the run-off election.

Bieter’s campaign team will host the event this Friday (Nov. 22) at 5 p.m. The location has yet to be announced.

CBS 2 News reports, he also invited Council Member Lauren McLean to attend, to discuss the issue. So far, she has declined to respond to his invite.

However, after a final debate last week, McLean decided she is done with the face to face meetings with Bieter.

The Boise Mayoral Run Off election is set for Tuesday – December 3rd.
