Caldwell (670 KBOI) – Family law attorneys in Canyon County will answer questions tomorrow, for free, at the County Administration building, from 11 am ’til 1 pm.
It’s the second event in what could be a monthly service, provided by the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Spokeswoman Sue Pierson says they won’t be able to give advice, and they will be focusing solely on family law questions.
“Divorce, custody, guardianship, those types of cases,” said Pierson. “Anything related to a divorce, including child support issues, custody including initial custody determinations, or modifications of custody. These attorneys can also answer questions about guardianships for minors and guardianships for adults.”
The County Administration building is not the Courthouse, but it is right next door, across 11th Avenue.
Pierson says if you’ve already filed paperwork with the court, bring copies if you have any questions.
