Canyon County household hazardous waste and electronic waste disposal event set for next week

Pickles Butte Sanitary Landfill will host its next free quarterly household hazardous waste and electronic waste disposal event next Wednesday, June 12 in the northwest parking lot of the Ford Idaho Center.

Residents are encouraged to drop off their household hazardous and electronic waste anytime between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day…

CBS 2 News reports, the event is free for Canyon County households.

No biological or radiological waste will be accepted. Also, no explosives, ammunition, or prescription drugs will be accepted either.
