A man is in custody on three felony burglary charges, after police say several ATMs were stolen at Boise area businesses.
Detectives say Clarence Lancaster is connected to three burglaries in the past few weeks. Police found several surveillance images of the suspect and his vehicle.
CBS 2 News reports, the burglaries all happened in Boise on April 28th, May 6th, and again on May 24th.
Officers say in each case, the suspect broke into the business overnight or early in the morning, unplugged the machine, loaded it onto a hand cart and carried it away.
Boise Police Officers found Lancaster walking around the area of Broadway and Beacon on Sunday, May 26th. He was booked into the Ada County Jail.
Investigators say they found the ATMs and the hand cart in a field off Emerald Street. The money had been removed from each of the ATMs.
Police are still investigating.
