Murder suspect on the run from ISP and Cassia County Sheriff’s Office

A murder suspect is on the run after police say he shot and killed a person in Utah along Interstate-84 on Tuesday.

Idaho State Police says Jonathan Llana killed the victim in northern Utah near Rattlesnake Pass. Troopers say Llana drove into Idaho and was stopped by the Cassia County Sheriff’s Office and Idaho State Police.

ISP tells CBS 2 News, he took off in his vehicle and drove into a field near Interstate-86 by the Raft River and Yale Road Intersection.

He’s armed and considered dangerous.

Llana is 45 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
