Boise (670 KBOI News) – Assuming law enforcement give it the go-ahead, there could be a CBD retail store at the Boise Town Square Mall in a few weeks.

Justin Long is the co-owner of Golden Nugget CBD in Ontario..he says at this point, they’re just waiting to hear back from the authorities.

“The Mall’s position was quite clear, if it’s signed off on by the Prosecutor or the BPD,  that they didn’t have a problem with it,” said Long.  “They (BPD) are aware of the situation; I haven’t had an initial response at this point.”

Long says they’ll sell only THC-free CBD products at their Mall location, and those products will have been third-party tested to ensure they are indeed 0% THC.

He says the hemp industry is expected to grow to $22 billion in value in the next three years.
