Boise State home opener to be moved from Saturday to Friday night

 

Boise State’s home opener against Marshall at Albertsons Stadium will be played on Friday night, Sept. 6th.

Marshall announced the game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 7, was moving up a day to accommodate national television. Boise State has now also confirmed..

The Mountain West is expected to announce its full national television package in the next few weeks, which includes games that are being shifted to Thursdays or Fridays.

The Idaho Press reports, the time and channel for the Marshall game will be included in that release.
