Treasure Valley men arrested in Twin Falls police sting

A Nampa and a Meridian man are among two others who have been arrested in a Twin Falls online sexual predators sting.

The Times-News reports Solomon Peppley of Nampa, Jeffrey Davis of Rupert, Robert Barney of Meridian, Aaron Evans of Twin Falls have been charged.

The four were taken into custody on Saturday and arraigned on Monday after police said they attempted to meet with officers posing as underage girls.

CBS 2 News reports, the suspects responded to ads posted in various websites such as “Skout”, “Whisper” and “Craigslist” by investigators.
