It’s no longer speculation…The Dallas Cowboys have name former Boise State QB Kellen Moore as their next offensive coordinator.
Moore served as the Cowboys quarterback’s coach this past season, after playing for Dallas from 2015 to 2017. The Cowboys made it past the wild card round of the playoffs this season, but lost to the L.A. Rams 30-22 a week later.
The Idaho Statesman reports Moore takes over for as offensive coordinator for Scott Linehan who was let go two weeks ago.
Dallas has a strong connection with former Boise State players…there are 5 ex-Bronco’s on the season ending roster…defensive linemen DeMarcus Lawrence and Tyrone Crawford, rookie linebacker Leighton Vander Esch, safety Darian Thompson, and wide receiver Cedrick Wilson.
