Boise (670 KBOI News) – The mother of the three-year old girl who died after last June’s mass stabbing attack at a West Boise apartment complex is suing the property management company.
According to the Idaho Press, Bifituu Kadir has filed a civil suit against Tamarack Property Management of Montana, and Boise-based Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation…they own the Wylie Street Station Apartments.
The suit alleges management should have taken steps to remove Timmy Kinner, the alleged attacker, from the apartment where he was staying with another tenant, a woman from the Congo.
The suit says the woman and the apartment’s manager knew Kinner was dangerous, and should have taken steps to remove him from the complex.
When Kinner was finally told to leave at the end of June, he came back and attacked nine people with a knife, killing the three-year old girl.
