Woman Attacked on North End Street, Investigators Don’t Have Much to Go On

Boise (670 KBOI News) – Boise Police are asking for your help, if you know anything about a battery that happened Sunday night in the North End.

Haley Williams with the BPD says about 10:30, a woman was walking home, when she was grabbed from behind near 11th and Front. Unfortunately, she was only able to give a very basic description of her attacker…a big man, over six feet, wearing a long-sleeved shirt.

“They were able to look around the area, try to look for anybody who matched the initial description that the woman gave police,” said Williams.  “They were unable to find anybody, and at this point, the investigation is still ongoing.”

The woman was slightly injured…she suffered some scratches from a small knife on her cheek and chest. She was treated at her home.

If you know anything that might help, Williams says you should call Crimestoppers at 343-COPS.
