Labrador: Release The Memo

Washington DC (670 KBOI) – Idaho Congressman Raúl Labrador says a memo from the House Intelligence Committee is disturbing…it details what he describes as abuses of power in the investigation into alleged Russian Collusion in the 2016 Presidential election.

He says he’s seen it, and he wants you to see it, too.

“What we’re asking the leadership in the Intelligence Committee is to release the memo,” said Labrador.  “We’re asking them to actually let the public know what’s going on…they’re going to be shocked.  I think when they see this memo, they’re going to realize that there were some things that happened that should not have happened.”

Labrador says he doesn’t want to set high expectations of what the memo contains, but some of the people it mentions should not be sleeping well.

Democrats on the Intel Committee voted against releasing the memo, and have called it nothing but republican talking points.

But Labrador says it needs to be released, so the American people can decide for themselves what it means.
