A state lawmaker from Meridian is the focus of two harassment complaints for comments he allegedly made during the 20-17 session.
According to the Idaho Press-Tribune, two women accuse Representative James Holtzclaw of making comments that made them uncomfortable.
In one case, Holtzclaw is alleged to have asked a woman if she used the social media app Snapchat, and if so, how. Another woman is reported to have told him that his flirty comments would not be tolerated.
Neither woman was identified, by name, age, or how they know Holtzclaw.
The complaints were forwarded to House Speaker Scott Bedke, and to Attorney General Lawrence Wasden.
