Meridian Police arrest man for fighting with 15-year-old

Meridian Police Officers responded to Lake View Golf Course in Meridian off of Ten Mile Rd. on Saturday, to reports of an intoxicated man on the golf course.

Officers arrived to find Jesse Houdeshell punching a 15-year-old boy.

Officers surrounded Houdeshell to keep him away from the teenager, who he battered several times prior to their arrival.

CBS 2 News reports, Houdeshell was intoxicated and it is unclear why he was hitting the boy.

Houdeshell was arrested and charged with injury to a child.
