Prices of newly constructed homes in the Treasure Valley, and sale prices of existing homes continue to decline.
For Ada County…the price of a newly constructed home decreased more than $20,000 in March, from February.
And the median sale prices of existing homes in Ada County dropped 14 percent from March of 2022 to last month…that price now at $475,000.
The Idaho Statesman reports, in Canyon County the median sale price of existing homes is down just over $40,000 from March of 2022 to last month, and newly built homes are nearly $100,000 less for the same one year period.
