The Lori Vallow Daybell trial continues in Ada County this week after there was no court proceedings on Monday for an Administrative day.

On Tuesday, several witnesses were called to testify including Colby Ryan, Lori’s eldest son. Colby discussed learning about Charles Vallow’s death and about the last time he heard from his sister Tylee Ryan and brother JJ Vallow prior to them disappearing.

Mark Saari, a Social Security Investigator, was also called to take the stand on Tuesday. He discussed how Lori appeared to be using JJ and Tylee’s social security money as her own income, and continued to do so long after both kids were murdered.

Lori Vallow Daybell faces first-degree murder charges of her two children, and a conspiracy to commit murder charge in the death of her husband Chad Daybell’s former wife Tammy Daybell.
