Caldwell Police arrest man after shooting at home

A Caldwell man faces four charges after firing gunshots into a home Monday afternoon.

Caldwell Police arrested Jeremy Morrison, after they say he fired shots into a residence in the 400 block of North 11th in Caldwell.

A nearby school was put into a “hall check” briefly…which was lifted once Morrison was taken into custody.

CBS 2 reports, the two people at the home were not hurt, and they reported Morrison to police, who found him at a home on Borchers Lane.

He’s is charged with discharge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling, stalking in the first degree, malicious injury to property, and violating a civil protection order.
