Timmy Kinner pleads guilty to first-degree murder

 

Timmy Kinner Jr. is the man behind one on Boise’s most notorious killings, for the 2018 mass stabbing in Boise that killed a 3-year-old girl at her birthday party.

On Tuesday – Kinner pleaded guilty to first-degree murder.

The Ada County Prosecuting Attorney announced Timmy Kinner entered pleas of guilty to one count of First-Degree Murder, eight counts of Aggravated Battery, two counts of Aggravated Assault, and one count of Use of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Crime, pursuant to a stipulated plea agreement, in connection with the events of June 30, 2018.

A sentencing date is set for June 10, 2021.
