Keith Urban Surprises Vanderbilt Healthcare Workers With Private Concert

Keith Urban treated more than 200 doctors, nurses and healthcare workers from Vanderbilt Health to a private, surprise concert at the Stardust Drive-In Movie Theater in Watertown, Tenn., (40 miles east of Nashville) on May 14.

More than 100 automobiles filled the theater for the show, which lasted more than an hour. The concert was a show of appreciation for healthcare workers on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was a load of fun,” said Keith on the Today show on May 15. “We also really wanted to take the opportunity to not only do the first one but do it for the healthcare workers because that’s what this is all about right now. They did an amazing job as an audience and I had a great time.”
