A Boise woman has been arrested for smoking heroin with her young daughter in the car.
Nampa Police say Riley Alexander was arrested after police found her smoking a substance out of tin foil in a car.
Alexander now faces a felony charge of injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia with intent to use.
The Idaho Press reports, Alexander was spotted smoking in a car at a Mcdonalds in Nampa. Investigators found a substance which tested positive for heroin.
Police say the child was put into the health and welfare protective services system that same day.
