Elmore County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a body found near Arrowrock Reservoir over the weekend.

Sheriff Mike Hollinshead says the Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible missing person Saturday Evening. Deputies from Elmore and Boise Counties started searching in the area off Arrowrock Reservoir.

Sunday evening, crews recovered the body.

The Elmore County Sheriff says the man is identified as Rudy Cedillo of Boise.

CBS 2 news reports, crews from the Elmore County Search and Rescue, Elmore County Marine Division, Owyhee Sheriff’s Office Dive Team, and the Twin Falls Sheriff’s Office helped with the search.

Crews are still investigating.
