Man charged with lewd conduct with a minor under 16

Boise police say that a man currently on the Idaho Sex Offender Registry has been arrested and charged with lewd conduct with a minor under 16.

Police say they arrested Edwin Prall, of Boise, after an investigation uncovered evidence of the lewd conduct at a home on Overland Road in the summer of 2018.

CBS 2 News reports, Prall is listed on the sex offender registry because of two prior convictions in Canyon County in 1992 and 1998 for sex abuse of a child under 16 years of age.

Boise police detectives are asking for anyone who has any information about Prall being in contact with minors to contact Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS.
