Court documents suggest that police and prosecutors believe there may be other victims in cases beyond the one for which the Fruitland High School principal and boys basketball coach is facing two counts of misdemeanor sexual battery and one count of patronizing a prostitute.

Police and prosecutors say Mike Fitch in the fall of 2018 victimized a woman who had been recently hired to work at Fruitland High School.

The Idaho Press reports, the woman told investigators, Fitch had messaged her about having sex with him, forced her to touch him inappropriately, and offered to pay her for sex.

The pre-trial hearing on Monday was continued to a later date still to be determined.

Court documents in Fitch’s criminal case seem to indicate investigators believe Fitch had more than one victim. In March, Fitch’s attorney asked for “unredacted copies of all reports, documents, affidavits, notes and search warrant applications.”
