“Boise Kind” Initiative Launched on Treefort Main Stage

Boise (670 KBOI News) – Boise Mayor Dave Bieter wants you to be more kind…and he’s using the Treefort spotlight to drive the message home.

Thursday, the “Boise Kind” initiative was launched on the main stage at Treefort, the annual music festival that’s going on this weekend in downtown Boise.

The initiative includes the so-called Kindness Count, a feature of the City website that will allow people to testify to acts of kindness they see or receive, or showcase those they themselves commit.

Bieter called on all Boiseans to “seize every moment to be caring and generous.”
