Witnesses to Deadly Vehicle vs Pedestrian Collision Interviewed

 

Boise (670 KBOI News) – Boise Police say a couple of witnesses have come forward, who saw the deadly car versus pedestrian collision in West Boise February 27th.

The witnesses are the driver and passenger in a Chevy Suburban that was close to the incident, which killed 87-year old Florence Goar, and injured her 89-year old husband.

According to a BPD press release, the witnesses were cooperative and helpful, and after the investigation is complete, they’ll forward the results to Ada County Prosecutor.

Goar and her husband were crossing the street at the intersection of Milwaukee and Northview, when they were hit by someone driving a Jeep. The press release didn’t say whether police have identified the suspect yet.
