Palamarchuk is the driver of the truck that was seized at the East Boise Port of Entry in January, loaded with nearly three and a half tons of material which he said was hemp, but state troopers suspected was marijuana.

A sample of the material was sent off to Kentucky for testing, but those results have not been made public yet.
