Boise mass stabbing suspect, Timmy Kinner, is likely days away from being committed after a judge found him unfit to stand trial.

The Order of Commitment from the State of Idaho states that Kinner is “in such a mental condition that he is in need of supervision, further evaluation, treatment and care.” It states Kinner presents a “substantial risk of physical harm to other persons.”

The Court is placing Kinner in the custody of the Idaho Secure Medical Facility.

The Idaho Security Medical Program is located at Idaho State Maximum Security Institution south of Boise.

CBS 2 News reports, once Kinner is deemed competent, the case will proceed and he will face a jury trial. If convicted, Kinner faces the death penalty.

Kinner is being charged with first degree murder for the death of Ruya Kadir, a three-year-old girl who was celebrating her birthday in June.

He also faces charges accusing him of stabbing eight other people.
