A hearing has been scheduled for Boise mass stabbing suspect Timmy Kinner to legally change his name.
CBS 2 News reports, a hearing has been scheduled for March 19.
Kinner wants to change his name to “Eternal Love” because “this is my God-given right and the title I want to be known as and remembered by.”
While Kinner was in court Tuesday discussing his name, a judge is still trying to determine whether Kinner is mentally incompetent to stand trial.
