Woman Sexually Assaulted While Jogging in SW Boise

Boise (670 KBOI News) – Ada County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for the suspect in a sexual assault that happened this morning in Southwest Boise.

According to CBS-2 TV, it happened on West Brogan Drive, near Lake Hazel Road and Maple Grove, about 6:30.

A woman was running when a man grabbed her by the neck from behind. She passed out as he was choking her.

When she came to, he was holding her on the ground. He ran off in the direction of Seabreeze Way.

The victim didn’t get a good description, only that he was wearing a gray sweatsuit. She was taken to the hospital with significant neck injuries, but is expected to recover.
