Police Ask for Public’s Help Finding Suspect

Boise (670 KBOI News) – Boise Police have released a sketch of the suspect in an incident earlier this week, in which a woman says she was attacked by a man, who also tried to kidnap her.

It happened near 13th and Shoreline, along the Boise River. The woman was walking her dog, and decided to let it off leash, despite that not being an off-leash area.

The dog ran off and didn’t come back. She told police she found a man holding her dog, and when she approached, he attacked her. She and the dog were able to get away.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic man in his 40s or 50s, about 5-6, 150 pounds, with a white or gray beard and wrinkled face and hands.
