Police investigate after body found in shed

Boise Police officers responded to a report of a deceased man located in a shed on an empty lot on the 3200 block of Federal Way at around 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

Officers located a man deceased in the shed.

Detectives from the BPD Violent Crimes Unit have taken over the investigation and at this time do not suspect any foul play.

The investigation remains ongoing and is pending results of an autopsy.

The Ada County Coroner’s Office is also involved in the investigation. The man’s identity has not yet been released.
