Idaho AG’s Office Says If You Have a Claim Against Accure Dental, You Need to Act Fast

Boie (670 KBOI) – Former patients of the Accure Dental and Dentures office in Meridian are wondering what to do now that their dentist, Dr. Tera Greene, has apparently disappeared.

Idaho Deputy Attorney General Brett Delang says they’ve gotten a lot of calls from patients who have paid for services that never received…if that’s you, he has some advice.

“If you paid by credit card, I would Immediately initiate charge back disputes with the credit card company,” said Delang.  “You have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and if you purchased something and you didn’t get it, you’re entitled to charge those right back.”

Greene has filed for bankruptcy, so if you paid cash and want to make a claim against her, you need to move fast.

Click here to go to the US Bankruptcy Court for Idaho’s website.  The deadline to file a claim is Monday; the case number is 17-01292.

Those former patients who need to get their records, go to the Idaho Board of dentistry’s website by clicking here.  You can download a form there that you can send in to get your records.
