Just before 6pm Thursday night, Idaho State Police were called to investigate a fatality crash at the intersection of Middleton Rd. and Marble Front Rd. in Caldwell.

Anna Gonzales of Eagle was driving in the wrong lane on Middleton Rd in a small SUV. Eloy Osornio of Caldwell and Linda Knox of Middleton were both driving in the opposite direction in the correct lane of travel. Gonzales struck Osornio and then Knox.

Gonzales succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the crash. Osornio and Knox were taken to a local hospital.

Gonzales and Osornio were wearing seatbelts. Knox was not.
