The Idaho Potato Bowl is this years worst bowl game…Again.

The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl — played each December on Boise State’s blue turf — topped The Big Lead’s list of five worst bowl games this year.

The Idaho Statesman reports, the Potato Bowl consistently ranks at the bottom of sports writers’ rankings of the 39 bowl games:

This year’s Potato Bowl features the Wyoming Cowboys take on the Chippewas of Central Michigan at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22nd.

It’s not all bad…. Last year for instance, the Idaho Vandals beat Colorado State 61-50 and everyone who turned out were treated to as many bowls of free fries as they wanted.
