Jana Kramer Puts on Dancing Shoes for “Dancing With the Stars”

It’s been a busy week for Jana Kramer. First came the news that the petite singer was separating from her husband, Mike Caussin, after a year of marriage. Mike is reported to be in a rehab facility.

Today (Aug. 30) it was announced on Good Morning America that the “I Got the Boy” singer will be joining the cast of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. Jana will be paired with professional dancer Gleb Savchenko, who was previously partnered with reality star Lisa Vanderpump on the 16th season in 2013.

The celebrities that will join Jana as she heads to the ballroom this season are:

Amber Rose with pro dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy
Wide-receiver Calvin Johnson with Lindsay Arnold
Jake T. Austin with Jenna Johnson
Nascar driver James Hinchcliffe with Sharna Burgess
Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds with Allison Holker
Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez with Valentin Chmerkovskiy
Marilu Henner with Derek Hough
Maureen McCormick with Artem Chigvintsev
Former governor Rick Perry with Emma Slater
Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte with Cheryl Burke

Jana follows in the dancing shoes of fellow country artists Chuck Wicks, Wynonna, Sara Evans, Kellie Pickler and Billy Ray Cyrus—all of whom have taken a turn on the show.

Season 23 kicks off on Monday, Sept. 12, at 8 p.m. CT on ABC.
