Jake Owen Brings a Big Smile to the Face of a North Dakota Girl With Cancer

Hats off to Jake Owen for going out of his way to bring a big smile to the face of Amy Klain, a 12-year-old North Dakota girl who has been battling leukemia.

The chance encounter began at a Minot, N.D., Walmart, where Amy and her parents struck up a conversation with Jake, who was in town to perform at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds on July 29. After signing a CD for Amy, Jake invited Amy to attend his concert and join him onstage.

Check out the video that CBS affiliate KX News of Minot put together, and kudos to Jake for being a nice dude.
