KISSIN' 92 WELCOMES ALL RODEO FANS TO THE TREASURE VALLEY

2010 SNAKE RIVER STAMPEDE
July 20 - 24, 2010
Idaho Center

The Snake River Stampede in Nampa, Idaho is one of the top 10 regular professional rodeos out of the approximately 800 rodeos in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. The world-famous Snake River Stampede moved into a new home in 1997. The familiar old green arena, which was built in 1950, was retired after the last performance of the 1996 Stampede and the rodeo moved to its new home indoors at the Idaho Center located just off exit 38 on I-84. The modern, air-conditioned facility offers a seating capacity for up to 10,000 spectators in an oval rodeo configuration, giving every seat a great, close-up view of the rodeo action.

2010 CALDWELL NIGHT RODEO
August 17 - 21, 2010
Caldwell Night Rodeo Grounds
The Caldwell Night Rodeo was organized in 1935 as part of the festivities to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the beginning of irrigation on the Boise project. It was called the Homesteaders’ Silver Jubilee and Night Rodeo. Today the Caldwell Night Rodeo is listed among the top 20 professional rodeos in the nation and draws crowds in the neighborhood of 40,000 over five nights. The best professional cowboys in the world make the Caldwell Night Rodeo an annual stop in their schedule.

The Idaho Cowboy’s Association has been in existence since the early 1950’s. The objective of the ICA is to promote the sport of rodeo. Through the instrument of this association, rodeos attract bigger crowds and cowboys compete for larger purses. All ICA approved rodeos meet standards designed to enhance the quality of the rodeo, the talent of all competing cowboys and cowgirls, and the safety of rodeo stock.
